Problem with our cloud
UPDATE: The standard search function is fully operational again after a degraded performance. We turned off the fallback solution and turned on the standard search again. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
UPDATE: We activated a fallback solution for the search but still investigating to get the root cause to activate the standard search.
We successfully fixed the platform performance issues. However, we are still experiencing issues with the search. We are actively investigating and will inform you as soon as the search is fully operational again.
UPDATE: We restarted an affected component and experience normal response times again.
We are currently experiencing some malfunction in our Haiilo cloud performance. We are working on a solution and will keep you updated.
